ABOUT CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

  • When you schedule an appointment, diagnosis test, or procedure, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care.
  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, get in touch with our office as soon as possible and more than 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us time to schedule other patients waiting for an appointment.

 

MISSED APPOINTMENT

  • The charge for a missed appointment is not a charge for a service itself but rather is a charge for a missed business opportunity. 
  • The 25.00 Missed Appointment fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company, in the event that you fail to provide 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
  • As a courtesy, you can opt-in to receive text messages and/or emails as a reminder of your upcoming appointment.  If you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above Policy will remain in effect.
